Email - Anti Spam Measures
Users automatically receive a subscription to our Anti-Spam measures for UCE (unwanted commercial email).  We filter email before it gets to our servers.  After this first level of filtering, our mail server itself can also filter for spam from SpamHaus a server database lookup service.  All this happens before the email gets to the users mailbox ensuring spam is not present when a Blackberry logs in.  This also means that users do not experience their webmail being full of unwanted emails either.

Our email filters learn as they are working as to which emails are UCE.  However, should our filter pass an email that is UCE which it missed, please forward this email to spam@SpamSafeMail.net and it will thank you and add this into its database.  Delete the copy in your mailbox.

Where does rejected email go?
All email that is rejected as UCE is sent back to the sender with a message for them to contact you by telephone.  Upon receiving such a telephone call, please ask them their email address and simply email them.  This will place them on a white list and so emails from them will now flow freely.
