Our terms and conditions of use of the
"Spam Safe Mail" service provided by Mark Andrew Smith Limited.
- Mark Andrew Smith Limited will provide an email
service via Webmail and POP3 services for the user during the time
frame paid for by the user.
- All payments are in advance of any period
serviced.
- The user will not use the service to distribute
UCE/Spam (unsolicited commercial email).
- If the user intends to use an email program on
their computer and access our service via POP3/SMTP interfaces, then
the user shall ensure that their anti-virus software is kept up to
date so that a virus does not send UCE/Spam.
- The user may use the service for Business or
pleasure, however, users may only distribute "newsletters"
for pleasure after first ensuring that recipients are in agreement
with receiving the email newsletter.
- Any email sent shall be limited to 100
recipients.
- Users shall not send emails of sexual nature,
contain porn, or any criminal activity, this is considered abuse of
our system.
- Mark Andrew Smith Limited will investigate within
7 working days any allegations of abuse of our Terms and Conditions.
- Mark Andrew Smith Limited reserves the right to
suspend any email accounts where it is deemed that users are abusing
our email system.
- If there are more than three separate instances
of abuse, Mark Andrew Smith Limited reserves the right to suspend the
account.
- Users must then alter their email practices to
have their email account reinstated.
- The user has a right of appeal and to a
suspension and has to be applied for in writing. Written appeal
applications will be dealt with within 7 days of receipt.
- Accounts that are suspended or closed due to
abuse are not entitled to a refund.
- Mark Andrew Smith Limited reserves the right to
alter these terms and conditions during the service time frame as it
is likely that the user will renew in a rolling term and that computer
and social security may deem we alter from time to time.
