It was confirmed today by Down Detector that Google had an outage across their whole platform, affecting GMail, Google searches, YouTube and others.
This will affect any emails that you are sending to GMail today, and it may be that the recipient has not yet received their email from you.
Emails to GMail
I can confirm to our clients that emails destined to go to users on the GMail web email service is currently being stored on our store and forward function. The sender may get delayed email warnings, but there is no need to take any other action.
Store and Forward Service
Our store and forward service on Spam Safe Mail will automatically keep retrying to deliver the email to Google as soon as their GMail service becomes available again.
